Rycon Constructions is a privately owned Company founded in Brisbane in 2003. From what started out as a small operation has now grown into a Company that employs 5 full time staff plus up to 40 subcontractors at any one time. Rycon Constructions has grown to become one of Queenslands leading specialist builders, concentrating on the upper end of the residential housing market, as well as the small commercial market.
The Company founder and Director, Gerard Ryan, has been in the building industry for over eighteen years after completing a Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship. Gerard also has extensive experience in large commercial works both here in Queensland and over seas. It is through Gerard's experience and leadership, along with highly competent staff members and tradesmen, that Rycon Constructions is able to produce consistently high standards of work, no matter what site conditions or building design it encounters.
Rycon Constructions aims to make the building process an enjoyable and hassle free experience for all clients and Architects by good communication and staying close to the workforce with tradesmen and subcontractors throughout the projects from start to finish to ensure all details are built correctly.
Rycon Constructions offers a complete service if required from start to finish co-ordinating the design, town planning through to construction drawings and cost estimate and then to completion of construction. Rycon Constructions also likes to work in conjunction with Architects by constructing their designs and turning them into reality. Rycon Constructions has developed several ongoing professional relationships with some of Queenslands finest Architects for which it is proud.
Rycon Constructions is also available to construct pools and carry out landscaping works which is also evident in the photo gallery. Rycon Constructions has completed numerous pools and spas for many of its projects. This is an advantage to the client as they only have to deal with one Company from start to completion.
On completion of all projects Rycon Constructions presents each client with a fully detailed portfolio of all the relevant building approvals, inspection certificates, certification certificates and warranties, along with a CD containing progressive photos of the project construction from start to finish.
As members of both the Queensland Master Builders and Housing Industry Association, we have many services to help us to stay up to date with the latest building laws, safety, technology and product trends.
